This two-hour interactive webinar provides participants with an overview of how to conduct a needs assessment. Needs assessments can help organizations determine the right next steps so that programs and services are responsive to the needs of the people and communities being served. After this session participants will understand how to locate existing needs assessment tools; determine what type of data to collect and/or review (e.g., surveys, focus groups, existing state/federal data); and conduct data-informed program planning.
