Do you love programming but struggle with understanding the big picture of the organization? During this hands-on session, participants will gain an understanding of the nonprofit sector and the issues that leaders face in the field. Participants will also learn about key areas of responsibility for nonprofits, including strategy, managing employees and volunteers, fundraising, grant writing, board governance, marketing, innovation and social media.
