Associate Executive Director
Tiffany Fason serves as GUIDE’s Associate Executive Director of Positive Youth Development (PYD). In this role, she is responsible for GUIDE’s PYD initiatives including oversight of the Youth & Family Advisory Board, the Georgia Afterschool & Youth Development Initiative and Georgia Teen Institute (GTI). She joined GUIDE in June of 2021. Tiffany is a proud Florida native with over 10 years of administrative and nonprofit experience. She has always had a heart for service with the mission of bettering the community and helping youth reach their full potential.
Before joining GUIDE, Tiffany worked as an Assistant Director and Volunteer Liaison for a nonprofit organization. She also proudly served as an AmeriCorps member, where she spent three years dedicating her life to community service. During her time of service, she was selected to participate in a prestigious leadership program with the mission of strengthening national service and the awareness of AmeriCorps in Florida through service projects, community dialogue and civic engagement. She went on to receive the President’s Volunteer Service Award, The Inspire Award through the state commission and a certificate from Florida State University and Volunteer Florida.
Tiffany has been described as a resilient, forward-thinking team player. Tiffany received her Bachelor’s Degree from Florida International University.
Outside of GUIDE, Tiffany loves crafting, sports, coaching cheerleading, Disney trips and spending time with her husband and daughter.
