Through this survey, GUIDE is able to gather data and insight on what adults think about underage drinking and prescription drug misuse to help inform our prevention strategies.
Now until Friday, September 25, 2020, when you complete our Adult Opinion Survey, you will be entered to win a local restaurant gift card! Restaurant choices include Universal Joint, Three Blind Mice, Mellow Mushroom, Maple Street Biscuit Company, Texas Roadhouse and Taco Mac. We will randomly select 10 winners who will be contacted during the last week of September to receive their gift card. Anyone age 18 or older living in Gwinnett County is eligible to participate.
