Alcohol: True Stories

Join us for training!


Calling all Gwinnett County middle and high school youth ages 12-18! You are invited to join us for an “Alcohol: True Stories Hosted by Matt Damon” virtual training! The training is free, but registration is required.

Dates Offered: January 11, January 25, February 8, March 1 and March 15 from 5 – 6:30 pm

Description: Alcohol: True Stories is a dynamic program that teaches middle and high school youth about the danger of substance abuse. Through the lens of four young people, participants are able to see first-hand the consequences of substance abuse, as well as learn how people have overcome the challenges of it. Participants will walk away with an increased resiliency skills and awareness of substance abuse. Alcohol: True Stories is perfect for teens who are leaders among their peers and in their community.

IMPORTANT: The online training is being held multiple times. Participants should register for one session only. The registration deadline is midnight on the day before each training.
